Session Fees

• Individual Therapy: $200 per 50-minute session (Private Pay) 

All sessions are conducted virtually.

Insurance

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please contact your insurance provider to verify your coverage.

You may consider asking:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

• What is my deductible, and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year are covered?

• Is prior authorization required?

• What is my co-payment?

Out-of-Network Benefits

Out-of-network services may be partially reimbursed by your insurance provider. A monthly billing statement can be provided for you to submit for reimbursement.

Reduced Fee

Reduced fee services may be available based on need. Please inquire to discuss options.

Payment

Cash, checks, and all major credit cards are accepted. Payment is due at the time of each session. If using insurance, co-payments are expected at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or late cancellations will be charged $80.
