ABOUT REAGHAN T. SMITH, LMHC
FOUNDER OF COME AS YOU ARE MENTAL HEALTH
At Come As You Are Mental Health, I believe that therapy is a space where you can show up fully—without pressure, judgment, or expectation. I am a licensed mental health counselor based in New York, and I am passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, gain insight, and move toward meaningful change. My approach to therapy is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate solution-focused, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques to help you better understand your experiences, develop coping strategies, and create lasting growth. For those who desire it, I also offer Christian counseling as a way to incorporate faith and spiritual guidance into the therapeutic process.
APPROACH
